Senior/Experienced Python Backend Developer

Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex backend functionality in Python
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Tech on architectural issues and structuring technical choices
- Support medium to high complexity tasks
- Support and mentor junior developers in their skills development
- Participate in code reviews and guarantee the technical quality of deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices
Skills Required
- Advanced Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Mastery of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with distributed architectures and REST APIs
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker)
- Ability to popularize and transmit technical concepts
