Key responsibilities


• Break down the EPICs prioritised by the COO into user stories / Jira tickets (objective, scope, acceptance criteria, test cases, dependencies) and ensure the continuous refinement of the backlog.

• Place quality (QA/QC) at the heart of delivery: defining the testing strategy with the team, drafting/maintaining test plans, executing and coordinating the acceptance testing, tracking anomalies, quality control before and after production deployment.

• Oversee daily execution in close coordination with the Lead Tech: framing, detailed arbitration, progress tracking, risk management, preparation/facilitation of rituals (planning, demo, retrospective).

• Ensure a RUN share (≈40%): operational maintenance, incident qualification, prioritisation of fixes, documentation, continuous improvement.

• Administer SaaS tools: configuration, rights & access management, governance, publisher relations, cost and usage optimisation.

• Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of systems (settings, integrations, monitoring), without development.


Required skills

• Very good ability to specify and write tickets (Jira) + "low-level" prioritisation.

• Strong QA/QC culture: ability to structure quality (testing, acceptance criteria, bug management, “release readiness”).

• Tech & ops culture: environments, integrations, operations, access management.

• Rigor, autonomy, sense of service, ability to manage urgency (RUN) and the long term (projects).

• French and English: professional level required (spoken and written).
